Pilot Program - New Back Office Webinar To: All Ecoquest Distributors, Welcome to the pilot program of the new Back Office e-suite. We have prepared a brief webinar for you to watch that will orient you with some of the functions and reporting available to you at this time. You can view the said webinar by clicking on one of the following version links.
Please remember that the new Back Office e-suite is still in development. You should take this opportunity to login and begin to explore the new reports as well as orient yourself with the functions of the new Back Office e-suite. The new e-suite does not replace your existing EcoQuest EBC back office at this time. You should continue to place your orders on the existing EcoQuest EBC throughout the month of January. The Icentris Back Office e-suite will only go live on February 1st, 2010. During the pilot program if you have questions or experience any difficulty with the system you can help us fine tune the system by sending your comments or questions to the following email address: newbackoffice@ecoquestintl.net. (Please do not call customer service with these types of questions, as our customer service team is still in the process of being fully trained on the new system). After watching the orientation webinar, you can login to the Icentris Back Office e-suite by opening your Internet browser and going to www.DemoEcoQuest.com. Helpful Hint: Use the filter feature when developing your reports so as to weed-out info/data you don't want to see whenever possible.
