When calibrated properly, Laundry Pure is designed to work in conjuntion with your washing machine, using cold water, silver ions, and Radiant Catalytic Ionization oxidizers to clean clothes. As your washer begins to fill, Laundry Pure will open its internal valve and turn on both the UV bulb and the silver ion probe.
The LaundryPure unit entrains the AcitvePure RCI (Radiant Catalytic Ionization) oxidizers into the water along with silver ions to loosen and reduce soiling as well as extreme reduction of odor causing bacteria. Two high intensity UV lamps shine on a hydrophilic quad-metallic target, creating a Photocatalytic reaction, which produces the following oxidative gasses: Ozone, Ozonide Ions, Hydro Peroxides, Hydroxides, Free Oxygen, Molecules, Super Oxide Ions.
